30yr Guarantee

Ashbury tiles are independently tested by CERAM® Building Technology - 2 to 3 times per year (more than most tiles manufactured in the UK) and have passed:

• BSEN538:1994 for strength
• BSEN539-2:1998 for resistance to frost damage
• BSEN539-1:1994 for impermeability to water

MST offer a double backed 30 year guarantee that has been in place since the launch of the tiles.

The guarantee comes in 2 parts:

• The factory guarantee covers replacement of tiles and associated costs where it can be shown by independent testing that the failure of tiles is due to manufacturing and that the tiles have been fixed in accordance with British Standard Code of Practice for Slating & Tiling BS5534 : 2003

• The guarantee is insurance backed in the UK and is under-written by Royal Sun Alliance (a copy of this can be obtained upon request) for £500,00.00 for any single claim.
