Subtle autumnal shades combined with hand crafted character create an authentic rustic appeal. With genuinely varying cambers in length and width, Ashvale autumn blend beautifully recreates the texture and impression found only on roofs of a bygone era.

The tiles are tested in our on-site laboratory throughout their production ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required to meet the relevant British Standards. They are then tested at CERAM (an independent facility, approved by both UKAS and the British Standards Institute) on average 2-3 times a year to gain certification.

By mechanically extruding the wet clay into a ribbon and then forming the tile by hand we are able to retain some of the characteristics of a genuine hand thrown tile whilst giving better value for money to the consumer.
