Designed and produced to give the appearance of an old weathered tile, the Ashbury range of genuinely hand-made roof tiles look equally at home on renovation or new build projects.
Their manufacture is traditional with each tile being produced entirely by hand. The Ashbury tile cannot be produced by machinery - the distinctive shades and slight variations of size, camber and texture give the unique appearance so sought after in these days of mass production.
The tiles are tested in our on-site laboratory throughout their production ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required to meet the relevant British Standards. They are then tested at CERAM (an independent facility, approved by both UKAS and the British Standards Institute) on average 2-3 times a year to gain certification.
The Ashbury Multi with its blend of subtle reds, browns and oranges and the Ashbury Restoration with a darker, more weathered appearance, emulate the traditional colour blends of old hand-made tiles found on distinguished properties throughout urban and rural Britain.
The Ashbury Red, Cambridge and Huntingdon blends are produced for customers in areas of the country with regional colour variations. All colour blends are available to order, in peg tile format.
